Facility Reservations 

Usage of Fellowship Hall is available only to participating members of Dunbar Church, their relatives and friends, provided the member sponsors and supervises the event, honoring our rules and regulations. All functions are to be kept to Fellowship Hall.

The hall is equipped with 10 round tables which each seat as many as eight people, six-eight foot long rectangular tables, and approximately 100 folding chairs. Fellowship Hall has been rated by the fire marshal to hold a maximum of 175 people at a banquet with tables set up, or 265 people if the intended use is dancing and seating. There is also a kitchen available for use.  There is no alcohol or smoking allowed on church property.  The hall may be reserved for full or half days. 

If you are interested in reserving the facility, please download the facilities agreement and read it carefully to make sure that your event will fit with the intended uses listed in the terms and conditions.  If your event meets with the guidelines of the agreement, please download and complete the facilities reservation form and mail or deliver it to the church secretary.  She will contact you to confirm the reservation.  A security deposit will be required at this time.
